ANDREWS
Mentor, Coach, & Author
With a foundation built on faith and service, I’m Tiesha Andrews – a United States Air Force veteran, Real Estate Professional, wife, mother of three incredible kids, avid reader, and most importantly, a daughter of the King. My journey hasn’t been a straight path, but rather a beautiful testimony to God’s love, His perfect timing and divine direction.
Beyond the real estate business card and property transactions, my mission centers on building foundations of hope, one conversation at a time. You’ll often find me balancing the demands of real estate deals while cherishing precious moments with my family – whether that’s diving into a good book or experiencing the pure joy of watching my children’s faces light up as they hit a home run, perform on stage, or just hang out together laughing and being silly.
My story is one of transformation. For years, I found myself running – from my purpose, my potential, and the quiet whispers of God’s design for my life. My professional world became a constant race of more deals, more clients, and more success. But beneath the surface, exhaustion was taking its toll. Not just on me, my family but most importantly my marriage.

Then came the profound shift. Through my deepening walk with Jesus Christ, I discovered that true success isn’t measured by how fast you can run, but by how well you align with His purpose. This revelation has transformed how I approach every aspect of my life, guided by four core principles:
- Daily reflecting God’s love
- Providing genuine hope
- Helping others discover their unique path
- Serving with compassion and intention
In recent years, my journey has evolved beyond spreadsheets and sales. I’m embracing a life of surrender to God’s plans, finding peace in His purpose, and leading with unwavering faith and authenticity. This transformation has not only enriched my personal life but has also deeply influenced how I serve my family, clients and community.
As I continue to grow in faith and purpose, my commitment to Christ remains steadfast.
